Aux USA ce \u2018lunch\u2019 est le d\u00e9jeuner et ils le mangent vers midi, juste comme en France. Donc, les petits s\u2019assoient \u00e0 table \u00e0 la cantine de l\u2019\u00e9cole r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Cependant, comme l\u2019\u00e9cole finit vers 16h00, voir 16h30 au pays de Napol\u00e9on et \u00e9videmment, si nous avons mang\u00e9 \u00e0 midi, on a faim, non ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Donc, quand les enfants entend la sonnerie, les petits analysent minutieusement le contenus de leur bo\u00eetes \u00e0 go\u00fbter. L\u00e0, tr\u00e8s fr\u00e9quemment ils trouveront un petit g\u00e2teau, une compote de fruits, une bouteille d\u2019eau ou une brique de jus de fruits. S\u2019ils ont de la chance, ils peuvent trouver des bonbons, mais \u00e7a ce n\u2019est pas un truc de tous les jours. En tout cas, s\u2019il fait beau, les sacres friandises sont prises dans le parc pendant que tout le monde joue et courre partout coin du parc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais avec l\u2019\u00e2ge et le travail, les adultes arr\u00eatent la consommations des ses collations, n\u00e9anmoins, je viens de lire quelque part que le go\u00fbter n\u2019est pas exclusif aux enfants, et \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que nous sommes des gourmands \u00e0 la maison, nous aussi prenons la chance pour manger des petits g\u00e2teaux ou des madeleines pour comme friandises pendant l\u2019apr\u00e8s- midi. Et encore, nous commen\u00e7ons \u00e0 appeler ce \u2018snack\u2019 comme nos plus jeunes amis fran\u00e7ais. Franchement, pourquoi devrait-on se priver d\u2019un palmier ou d\u2019un pain au chocolat quand on a la dalle ?
