En fait, ils ont un certain go\u00fbt, car si je devais d\u00e9crire l\u2019endroit et ce que j\u2019en ait pens\u00e9 en arrivant, je pourrais certainement entendre des \u00e9clats de rire r\u00e9sonner dans ma t\u00eate chaque fois que quelqu\u2019un lit ces lignes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Imaginez un snack-bar ou une cantine qu\u2019on pourrait trouver \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 d\u2019un aire de repos sur l\u2019autoroute qui am\u00e8nerait \u00e0 Chihuahua, Saltillo, ou San Luis Potos\u00ed\u2026 ou n\u2019importe quel endroit au Mexique. Des petits restaurants qui ressemblent \u00e0 celui ci -de mani\u00e8re physique- dont je vous parle il y en a plein dans mon pays, et attention, je ne le dis pas d\u2019une fa\u00e7on m\u00e9prisante, parce qu\u2019on peut passer prendre un bout \u00e0 manger, en passant, et satisfaire notre faim avec un d\u00e9lice locale de la r\u00e9gion par laquelle on passe pendant notre voyage routi\u00e8re. En \u00e9crivant ces lignes, je pense d\u2019ailleurs \u00e0 un petit restaurant o\u00f9 on passait acheter des sandwichs d\u00e9licieux autour de la ville de Matehuala, dans l\u2019\u00e9tat de San Luis Potos\u00ed si je me souviens correctement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais, la diff\u00e9rence entre ces salles et celle dont je vous parle aujourd\u2019hui tient du fait que les plats ici sont la responsabilit\u00e9 du chef anglais <em>Edward-Delling Williams<\/em>. On y trouve donc une cuisine hors norme pour Paris, car en plein centre-ville on \u00e9coute de la musique et les cris des serveurs et des chefs passant les commandes, et plein du monde rigole et partage la table en parlant la langue de Shakespeare avec des accents qui viennent de partout, et non le fran\u00e7ais, mais surtout, il s\u2019agit d\u2019un endroit o\u00f9 on mange tr\u00e8s bien. Ici, il est si \u00e9vident que les produits r\u00e9gionaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 respect\u00e9s et transform\u00e9s en plats de saison desquels les cuisiniers responsables de leurs pr\u00e9paration sont bien fiers. En outre, je dois faire la remarque que les prix sont tout \u00e0 fait int\u00e9ressants, tr\u00e8s corrects, car 35\u20ac pour un menu de d\u00e9gustation de six plats me semble m\u00eame incroyable, et encore plus quand du temps a pass\u00e9 et on est toujours capable de se souvenir de l\u2019agneau de cette nuit l\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour une raison ou une autre, j\u2019ai laiss\u00e9 ce post en brouillon sans le finir, et quelle surprise j\u2019ai eu quand, dans le dernier num\u00e9ro d\u2019un magazine assez connu et de tr\u00e8s bonne r\u00e9putation dans le milieu gastronomique, j\u2019ai trouv\u00e9 un article sur ce restaurant. Il avait m\u00eame quelques recettes du menu saisonnier d\u2019automne. J\u2019ai eu envie d\u2019y aller manger \u00e0 nouveau, donc, lorsque vous visitez la Ville Lumi\u00e8re, il vaut bien la peine aller d\u00eener <em>Au Passage<\/em>.
